Grounding Class
Often times, people can find difficulty grounding through common teachings. This can be from not knowing enough about your indivdual root chakra. Each root chakra has a unique essence, and grounding can be more specific to you.
It is recommended to ground several times a week when first learning and before or after each Reiki session.
In a grounding class I will offer you a guided grounding specific to who you are, what the root chakra is and resources for more information, with cited sources.
Prerequisites;

Scheduling;
We can then correspond via email and schedule your 1 on 1 grounding class.
When the class is scheduled, to secure your spot, it is required to prepay.
If we are unable to find a time together. As an alternative, I will email you your typed or video recorded grounding instructions after payment. Classes are virtual through Google meets or other similar platforms.

I can offer explanations on resources available, 90 DNA, how to activate and a few other topics. I can point you in the right direction for getting your DNA read and tips of your activation process etc.

Reiki
Single sessions and Reiki packages are individualized Reiki, specific for your needs. I am able to help with and perform a variety of techniques I cannot through just YouTube Reiki sessions. Each session starts with about 5 minutes of checking in and seeing what needs to be focused on. The session commences and it ends with about 5 minutes of grounding and checking in. It is highly recommended to take my grounding class before a Reiki session, so we can have you ground specific to your soul essence.

What is Cosmic Reiki, also known as Golden Almach Creation (GAC) lineage?
I was trained in a Cosmic Reiki lineage, taught only from Chelsea "Chela" Cooley through the former Golden Almach Creation (GAC). Cosmic Reiki is the use of traditional Reiki, guided by Master Usui, to heal the mind, emotions and auric body/chakra system.
The original methods used at its core, with the full understanding of this subtle Reiki element, are combined with cosmic information. Cosmic Reiki works with the 10 chakra system, which is universally understood off-planet.
